If you’ve bought tickets for the England games and have a few queries, please see below:
Q: Are you showing all the games?
A: In the main site, we will predominantly show the England Games on a ticketed basis. We may show other games subject to demand. If you have made a reservation for a particular game (non-England) please get in touch with our booking team by simply replying to your booking confirmation email and they will be able to advise. The Courtyard bar (just adjacent to the main site) will show most of the World Cup games. For bookings please reach out to courtyard@barserveco.com
Q: When are England Games Tickets being released?
A: Please follow us on IG for updates on release dates (@vinegaryardldn). Tickets for any potential England Game scheduled after the one on June 27th, will be released closer to the date.
Q: The date I’m looking for is sold out. Are there any more tickets available or will there be a second release?
A: If tickets for the game you are looking for are sold out, you can keep an eye on our Design My Night page in the unlikely event any extra tickets become available.
Q: Is there a waitlist for dates that have not been released yet?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t operate a wait list.
Q: Will you accept walk-ins on England Games Dates?
A: Yes, subject to availability and venue capacity. We would be working on a first-come, first-served basis if that is the case and on a ticketed basis.
Q: I have to cancel my ticket. Can I have a refund?
A: No, please note tickets are non-refundable.
Q: Are you showing the potential England Game on Monday 1st July
A: No, the site will be closed on Monday 1st July
Q: What Time does the site close?
A: The venue will remain open until the end of the game.
Q: I have purchased multiple tickets for General Admission. Can I reserve tables in the yard for my group?
A: No, the General Admission area will have unreserved seating. We recommend getting to the venue as early as you can to avoid queues and find a table.
Q: I have purchased multiple tickets for a Reserved Table on the Mezzanine Terrace. Can my group have tables close to each other?
A: Yes, if your tickets are under the same name, your tables will be allocated next to each other. Tickets under different names will not be reserved next to each other.
Q: Can I request a table in front of the screen?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee tables in front of the screen
Q: Can we pre-order drinks and food?
A: No, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any preorders. Drinks and food can be ordered on the day.
Q: I don’t drink alcohol. Can I have a non-alcoholic drink option with the drink included in my ticket?
A: Yes, absolutely! A non-alcoholic drink option will be available.
Q: Is the site accessible?
A: Yes most of the yard is accessible and we have accessible toilets on site. Please note: the Mezzanine Terrace is not accessible.
Q: Are children allowed on England Games Dates?
A: No, unfortunately, England Games dates will be for guests over 18 only. Please bring your ID as they
may be checked. If you don’t have an ID entry may be refused and your ticket will not be refunded.
Q: What happens in case of rain?
If it rains, bring a mac! Vinegar Yard is predominantly an outdoor venue. Please note the site is mostly uncovered during summer.
